We are currently recruiting a professional with a detail-oriented mindset to fill the role of Credit Solutions Manager – Investment Banking and join our team of experts.
The Credit Solutions Manager- Investment Banking is responsible for leading, managing, and reviewing the overall underwriting process for the various alternative investments.
He/She will work closely with other senior members of the Sygnus Team to structure Private Credit transactions and develop documentation to support the overall execution. These structures include Promissory Notes, Commercial Paper, Factoring, Medium-term Notes, and other debt structures.
