We're looking for a Program Manager -Real Estate to join our team.

The Program Manager-Real Estate will report to the Vice President and Head of Real Estate and Project Finance and will support the management and execution of high-quality real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring all construction projects at the various sites to determine compliance with the approved designs, building codes, statutory requirements, schedules, budgets and that the project is satisfactorily completed.

He/she will also manage plans for all real estate initiatives undertaken by Sygnus and provide high-quality management expertise to ensure that all project objectives are met. As well as coordinate and serve as the direct liaison with all project managers and project monitors overseeing real estate projects within the Sygnus portfolio.
