SRF invests at various stages of the real estate life cycle, including greenfield, brownfield, distressed and opportunistic. The company finances real estate opportunities with a short to medium-term investment horizon typically between 3 and 5 years. The focus is primarily on generating capital appreciation, and to a lesser extent current income, from its Real Estate Investment Assets.
